🌿 Spiritual Life Coaching Series — Complete Your Transformation Step by Step Instead of paying for a long program up front, clients can move through the journey one session at a time. Each session is its own “course” — they choose how many they take, but the path is designed to be completed within 4–8 weeks. ⸻ Course 1 — Awareness & Foundations (Session One: Understanding Your Blockage) This is where we start. We go deep into what’s holding you back — mentally, emotionally, spiritually. We uncover root wounds, patterns, and limiting beliefs so you finally understand why you feel stuck. What they’ll leave with: ✔ clarity around what needs to heal ✔ awareness of self-sabotage or emotional patterns ✔ a personalized healing direction Estimated Timeframe: 7–10 days integration ⸻ Course 2 — Healing & Release Work (Session Two: Removing What No Longer Serves You) Once we identify the wound, we begin releasing it. This may involve shadow work, emotional processing, inner child work, energy alignment, and belief restructuring. What they’ll leave with: ✔ less emotional heaviness & inner resistance ✔ forgiveness work (self + others) ✔ space for new identity to grow Estimated Timeframe: 1–2 weeks before next course ⸻ Course 3 — Rebuilding the Self (Session Three: Confidence, Identity & Power) Now we create the new version of them. This session focuses on mindset, routines, boundaries, self-worth and stepping into strength. We align them spiritually, connect to intuition, and map out a path for their next chapter. What they’ll leave with: ✔ long-term spiritual/goal plan ✔ intuitive tools + decision clarity ✔ a grounded, aligned future direction Estimated Timeframe: Final session within 4–8 weeks total
